• 1¾ cups water (room temperature)
• ⅓ cup psyllium husk powder (not whole husk)
• 2½ cups chickpea flour

• ¾ tsp salt
• 1¼ tsp baking powder
• ¾ tsp baking soda
• 1½ tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

Quick Instructions:
Whisk psyllium husk powder with water and let it gel for 2–3 minutes. In another bowl mix chickpea flour, flaxseed, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add apple cider vinegar and the psyllium gel, then knead into a sticky dough. Shape into a loaf on parchment paper, score the top, and bake at 360°F for 50–55 minutes. Let it cool completely before slicing.
