If you love black raspberry chip ice cream, like we do in New England, this is another minimal ingredient nice cream recipe when you have really ripe bananas that need to be used. A perfect ready-made dessert or healthy snack. 🍌

3 ripe bananas
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/4 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips
Peel and chop bananas into slices. Lay in a single layer on a parchment-lined plate. Freeze until solid (at least 2 hours). Allow bananas to thaw for 5 minutes, then transfer to a blender or food processor. Add raspberries and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Once smooth, add chocolate and mix to incorporate. Serve as is for a soft serve consistency or transfer to a dish and freeze for about 20 minutes, for a firmer consistency. Enjoy!
