• 3 tablespoons fat free evaporated milk
Add everything to a stand mixer and mix on HIGH for at least 5 full minutes. It will increase in volume and get fluffy. Do not cut the time short. Keep mixing even if you think it is not ready yet. The magic happens when you let it whip properly.
