Kuba’s in the kitchen today. 😊 He shows us how he makes pita bread following the recipe from my previous video: Fresh yeast seems to work better than dried. As a bonus, one block of fresh yeast gives us four batches of bread and comes packaged in wax paper, so we end up with less packaging overall (one packet of dried yeast only makes one batch of bread). Homemade bread is totally worth the effort! Thanks to Kuba making this tasty addition to our dinner. 😋 We’re an American-Polish couple who built our first tiny house in Mazury, Poland.
