🥦 Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ cup red & yellow capsicum (chopped)
150 g low-fat paneer (cubed)
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano or pizza seasoning
½ tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
½ cup blanched broccoli
2 tbsp oats powder or whole wheat flour
½ cup milk (adjust for consistency)
½ cube processed cheese
Chopped green coriander

👩‍🍳 Recipe

1️⃣ Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add chopped red and yellow capsicum and cook for 1–2 minutes.
3️⃣ Add paneer cubes and sauté lightly.
4️⃣ Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
5️⃣ Add blanched broccoli and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
6️⃣ Sprinkle oats powder (or whole wheat flour) and mix to coat everything.
7️⃣ Pour in milk and stir well to create a creamy sauce. Adjust consistency if needed.
8️⃣ Add the processed cheese cube and let it melt into the sauce.
9️⃣ Cook for another 2 minutes until creamy and thick.
