• 2 slices bread
• 1 egg

• 1/2 avocado
• tuna (to serve)
• za’atar (to finish)
How to make:
1. Crack 1 egg into a hot pan.
2. Place 2 bread slices on top of the egg.
3. Add brie, mozzarella, and avocado on one slice.
4. Cover with the second slice, egg-side down.
5. Serve with tuna and sprinkle za’atar.
