This quick and refreshing recipe is made with fresh cucumber, roasted peanuts, garlic, chilli flakes, sesame oil and soya sauce. It is crunchy, spicy and full of flavour.

Perfect for healthy snacking, weight loss diet, summer recipes and quick salads. The best part is that this recipe takes only 2–5 minutes to prepare and requires very simple ingredients.

Ingredients used:
• 2 cucumbers, sliced like noodles
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp white sesame seeds
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
• 1/2 tbsp black papper powder
• 1 tbsp black salt
• Some crushed peanuts for topping
