Ingredients
Cauliflower
• 2 cauliflower heads (cut into steak-style slices)
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Labneh Base
• ½ cup labneh
• 2 tsp fresh or dried dill
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Juice of ½ lemon
• ½ tsp lemon zest
• Salt to taste
Marinate & Roast
In a bowl, mix olive oil with paprika, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, cumin, and salt.
