4 ingredient cookie🍪
Ingredients-
• Oats- 95 gm (1 cup)
• Banana- 1 medium
• Peanut butter- 70 gm (1/4 cup + 1 tsp)
• Chocolate chunks- a handful for the dough and some for topping
⚠️ These cookies are not gonna taste like regular cookies, obviously. They are going to be crisp from the bottom and edges and still chewy and gooey while you bite into them. A healthy treat when you want something sweet but don’t want to compromise on your diet!
Method:
• In a bowl, add banana and mash it well.
• Next add in oats and peanut butter. Lastly, add a handful of chocolate chunks.
• Combine everything to make a dough.
• Scoop this out into cookies. Flatten the cookies just a little bit. Add some more chunks of chocolate.
• Preheat your oven at 165 degrees for 7-8 minutes.
• Bake the cookies at the same temperature for 13-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
