Multi Millets Dosa
❣️In a bowl add Barnyard Millet (Kuthiraivali), Red Rice (Kattuyaanam Rice), Litttle Millet (Samai), Pearl Millet (Bajra/Kambu), Foxtail Millet (Thinai),
Finger Millet (Ragi), Urad Dal (Split Black Gram – with or without husk) and few Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) soak it for 8 hours.
❣️ Now grind it well and allow it to sit for 6 hours by adding salt and serve fresh, healthy and no rice dosai.
