Lunch: super firm tofu, quinoa rice, steamed broccoli, cucumber, feta, green onion + dill, tahini sauce

Dinner: annies mac n cheese, turmeric + black pepper, steamed broccoli, edamame, green onion

Sweet treat: dark chocolate ice cream, greek yogurt, blueberries, cacao nibs
