🥗 Snacking Without Guilt — Ep. 3
🌟 Papad Chana Sweet Potato Chaat
🛒 Ingredients:
• 3 papad (roasted)
• 1 katori roasted or lightly sautéed white chana
• 2 boiled sweet potatoes (cut into pieces) 🍠
• Hung curd (as per taste)
• Chopped tomato (thick pieces) 🍅
• Chopped onion 🧅
• Green chilli (chopped) 🌶
• Imli (tamarind) chutney 🍯
• Chaat masala
• Salt 🧂
• Pomegranate seeds (anar) 🍎
• Fresh coriander leaves
👩🍳 Method
Step 1️⃣ — Make the crunchy base
Roast papads and break them into pieces.
Spread them as the base layer in a bowl.
Step 2️⃣ — Add protein & carbs
Add roasted white chana and boiled sweet potato pieces on top.
Step 3️⃣ — Add creamy layer
Spoon hung curd generously over the mixture.
Step 4️⃣ — Add fresh veggies
Add chopped tomatoes, onions and green chillies.
Step 5️⃣ — Add chutney & spices
Drizzle imli chutney and sprinkle chaat masala and salt.
Step 6️⃣ — Final toppings
Top with pomegranate seeds and fresh coriander.
