*Chaat Masala चाट मसाला – 1/2 tsp
*Garam Masala गरम मसाला – 1/2 tsp

For green chutney
*Coriander हरा धनिया
*Green chilli हरी मिर्च – 3 to 4
*Ginger अदरक – 1.5 inch
*Garlic लहसुन (Lahsun) – 5
