INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup (140 g) frozen cherries or berries
• 2 tbsp (20 g) gelatin powder
• 2/3 cup (150 g) Greek yogurt
• 5–6 sticks stevia + erythritol sweetener
• Water (to cover berries)
STEPS
Add berries to a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Turn off the heat.
Add gelatin, yogurt, and sweetener.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into molds.
