Sprouts or green moong bean sprouts – 1 cup
oats – 1 cup
ginger – 1 inch piece
green chili – 2 or 3
jeera – 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder -teaspoon
chilli powder- 1 teaspoon
curd -1/2 cup or
water – 1 cup
coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
grind all ingredients together …..
