Cake (dry):
– 85g Self Rising Flour
– 38g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

– 72g (6 Tbs) Erythritol
– 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
– 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
– Pinch of Salt

Cake (wet):
– 2 Eggs
– 224g (1 Cup) Applesauce
– 165g Greek Yogurt
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1 tsp Vinegar

Tres Leches Mixture:
– 360g Fat Free Milk
– 60g @legion Birthday Cake Whey Protein (code RAHUL)

Topping:
– 2 Tbs Whipped Cream on each slice right before serving
– Cinnamon

Bake 350°F for 30-35 mins.
