Ingredients:

60g oats
35g Pumpkin seeds
35g Melon seeds
35g sunflower seeds
35g Flax seeds
35g Sesame seeds
10g Chia Seeds
Pinch of salt
40g Almond Butter
30-40g honey

(You can also add chocolate chips, coconut flakes, nuts)

1. Add everything to a bowl and mix it till it forms like a sticky mixture.
2. Then add this to a lined tin (I made in 5″ tin twice, but you can use 7″ tin to make it in one go) and press tightly. 3. Then bake this in preheated airfryer or oven.
(Airfryer: preheat at 180 ° for 7 minutes and bake at 140-150 degrees for 30-35 minutes,
