Full recipe:
Makes 4 large sandwiches
2 lbs chicken breast, sliced & pounded
1 cup flour
Egg wash: 2 eggs,1/4 cup water
2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
16oz fresh mozzarella
2 cups of your favorite marinara
2 large sub style bread rolls (hoagie, or baguette)
Pesto:
2 cups fresh basil
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup good olive oil
Salt to taste
Pink cream sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 gloves garlic, grated
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
