INGREDIENTS:
For Chilla Batter:
Sprouted Moong Dal – 1/4 cup
Green Peas – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 3 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green Chili – 1
Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya) – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Chat Masala – 1/2 tsp
Semolina (Sooji) – 1 tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) – 1/4 cup
Paneer – as per requirement
For Salad (Serving):
Tomato – 1
Cabbage Leaves – few
Cucumber – 1
Onion – 1
PROCEDURE:
Grind sprouted moong dal, green peas, garlic, ginger, and green chili into a smooth paste.
Add besan, sooji, salt, and chat masala. Mix well to form a batter.
Chop coriander leaves and fold into the batter.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread into a round chilla.
Cook on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
Add paneer on top while cooking if desired.
Serve hot with fresh salad on the side.
