Every time I post oats, I get comments like…
“Oats spike your blood sugar”
“This isn’t what dietitians recommend”

Let’s clear this up 👇

Oats are not the problem.
They’re a great source of fiber, especially beta-glucan, which supports gut health and helps keep you full.

BUT… eating the same breakfast every single day?
That’s where we miss the bigger picture.

👉 A healthy diet is about variety + balance, not fear.

That’s why I rotate my breakfasts, and today looked like this:
✔️ Poached eggs (protein)
✔️ Sourdough bread (carbs)
✔️ Smashed avocado (healthy fats)
✔️ Berries (fiber + antioxidants)

This is what a balanced plate looks like.

No extremes. No food fear. Just real meals.

I hope this one is up to my YouTube friend’s standards 😉
