Wanted to upload a day in the life video, as I am currently sitting at a little under 10 weeks out from my show.

Calories have gotten a little lower so I have been trying to incorporate some creative new meals and snacks into my diet. If you have any macro friendly recipes or things that get you through your low calorie days, comment down below and let me know!
