Ingredients:
225g Extra Lean Ground Chicken
40g Low Fat Mozzarella
1 Serving Turkey Pepperoni
10g Grated Parmesan
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions:
1. Into a bowl, add 225g of Extra Lean Ground Chicken, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder and mix.
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper and add your chicken mixture ontop. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and flatten. Create an oval with the chicken.
3. Peel the top layer of parchment paper and add the following ingredients to one side, 40g Low Fat Mozzarella, 1 Serving Turkey Pepperoni and fold as shown in the video.
4. Tuck and press down the edges to make sure that the filling is secured without leakage.
5. Coat the top with 10g of Grated Parmesan and bake in the airfryer at 400F for 10mins
6. Take out, let it cool and enjoy!
