Beat the heat naturally with this easy homemade Thandai premix 🌿✨
In this video, I’m sharing a quick and healthy Thandai powder recipe that you can store and use anytime during summers. Made with nuts, seeds, and cooling spices, this premix is a perfect natural coolant for your body.
🧂 Ingredients:
• 1 & 1/4 cup Dhage wali mishri / desi khands / sugar
• 1/2 cup cashews
• 1/2 cup almonds
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp magaj (melon seeds)
• 2 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
• 5–7 green cardamom
• 10 black pepper corns
👩🍳 Method:
Grind all the ingredients together into a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
🥛 How to Use:
Add 1–1.5 tsp premix to chilled milk, mix well, add ice, and enjoy a refreshing glass of thandai anytime!
