Welcome back to Week 28 of my Gatorade-inspired drink series! This week I’m sharing my Orange Creamsicle, and it’s seriously one of my favorites. It’s bright, fresh, and perfect for spring! 🍊

Only 15 are on the blog right now, but I’m working on getting all 26 in one place soon!

✨ Nature’s Gatorade Electric Island Punch ✨
(Serves 2)
• 2 1/2 cups coconut water *(can sub filtered water here or decaf green tea). However, coconut water is the best option as it’s a natural electrolyte.
•2 mini cuties or mandarin oranges peeled (can sub 1 small orange, peeled)
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk (or half and half or cream of choice)
• ½ tsp salt – (I use Celtic Sea Salt)
• 1-2 tbsps honey or maple syrup, or sub sugar-free sweetener of choice

Instructions:
1. Add everything to a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Strain over ice and garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy!

✨ I call this Nature’s Gatorade because it’s made with simple ingredients that naturally hydrate the body. Coconut water provides electrolytes, citrus adds vitamin C, and a pinch of sea salt helps replenish minerals lost through sweat. It’s a refreshing way to hydrate without artificial ingredients
