I make sure that each meal is balanced with protein, fats AND carbs because each macronutrient serves a purpose for your body. (AKA just 2 boiled eggs or a granola bar isn’t going to cut it)🙂↔️
And as promised, my OG banana pancake bowl recipe:
-1/3 cup oat flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/2 mashed banana
-1/2 scoop Equip Foods salted caramel protein (“YUMMY” for 15% off!)
-1 egg
-Milk to thin (about 1/3-1/2 cup)
-Cinnamon to taste
Microwave for 50-60 seconds!
