✨ Vrat Special 2-in-1 Recipe using Homemade Premix ✨
Healthy, crispy & super filling Navratri meals made without regular flour or bread!

🥣 Vrat Premix (1 Month Shelf Life)

Ingredients:
• 1 cup makhana
• 1 cup sama rice
• 1 cup sabudana

Steps:
1. Dry roast all ingredients for 3–4 mins.
2. Cool completely.
3. Grind into fine powder.
4. Store in airtight container.

🥪 Recipe 1: Falahari Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients:
• ½ cup vrat premix
• ½ cup yogurt
• ¼ cup roasted peanut powder
• ½ cup grated paneer
• 1–2 chopped green chillies
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• Sendha namak to taste
• ½ tsp cumin powder

Steps:
1. Mix vrat premix + yogurt + little water → thick batter.
2. Add paneer, peanut powder, chilli, coriander, salt & cumin.
3. Grease sandwich maker with ghee.
4. Spread batter & cook till golden and crisp.

🫓 Recipe 2: Vrat Paratha

Ingredients:
• 1 cup vrat premix
• ½ cup yogurt
• 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
• 1–2 green chillies
• ¼ cup coriander leaves
• Sendha namak to taste
• ½ tsp cumin powder

Steps:
1. Mix premix, yogurt & potatoes.
2. Add chilli, coriander, salt & cumin.
3. Knead into soft dough.
4. Roll parathas.
5. Cook on tawa with ghee till golden.

🌶 Techa Raita (Perfect Dip)

Ingredients:
• ½ cup roasted peanuts
• 1 cup curd
• 2–3 green chillies
• 2 tbsp coriander
• Sendha namak
• 1 tsp ghee

Steps:
1. Roast peanuts & chillies in ghee. Cool.
2. Grind coarsely with coriander.
3. Mix into curd + salt.
