🥞 High-Protein Savory Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 cup cheese (feta or any white cheese)
• 1/4–1/3 cup chopped red peppers
• 2 handfuls fresh spinach
• 1/4 cup milk or cream
• Salt and pepper
• 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
Filling ideas:
• Tuna
• Avocado
• Cherry tomatoes
• Cucumbers
• Extra cheese
Yogurt dip:
• Greek yogurt
• Splash of kefir
• Dry dill
How to make it:
Blend eggs, cheese, peppers, spinach, milk, and seasoning until smooth.
Add flour and mix again.
Cook in a greased pan like a pancake (small or large).
Flip until golden.
Fill with your favorite toppings, fold, and enjoy.
Simple, nourishing, and keeps you full for hours.
