How I made a super healthy and light dosa using moong dal and rice. This breakfast is not only delicious but also packed with fiber and protein.
📖Recipe
• Soak green moong + rice overnight
• Blend with coriander, green chilies ,jeera & ginger to make a smooth batter
• Adjust salt & consistency
• Pour on a hot pan, spread thin, cook until golden & crisp
•Add some chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander as topping.
• Serve with chutney (coconut, groundnut and green coriander chutney )
