Today, we are making incredibly simple and nutritious Oats Banana Cookies. These are perfect for those moments when you want something sweet but want to stay on track with your health goals. With a base of just two ingredients, these cookies are packed with fiber and natural sweetness. We’ve added some walnuts, chocolate chips, and a hint of cocoa powder for that extra delicious crunch!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Rolled Oats
• 2 Ripe Bananas
• Handful of chopped Walnuts
• 1 tbsp Chocolate Chips
• 1 tsp Cocoa Powder (optional)
Method:
1. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
2. Add the rolled oats and mix well to form a thick base.
3. Fold in the chopped walnuts, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder.
4. Scoop small portions onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes until firm and golden.
6. Let them cool slightly and enjoy with your favorite cup of tea!
