Ingredients:
-6 Chicken Breakfast Sausage Links, chopped
-1/4 Cup Bacon Bits (28g)
-4 Large Eggs
-1/2 Cup Egg Whites (120mL)
-1/2 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese (113g)
-1 Cup All-Purpose Flour (120g)
-1 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella (112g)
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
-1/2 tsp Onion Powder
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet.
2.) Mix eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and seasonings.
3.) Fold in chopped sausage, bacon, and mozzarella.
4.) Divide into 8 portions and flatten slightly.
5.) Bake 20–25 min until golden and set.
