HOMEMADE CREAMY VANILLA CINNAMON CASHEW MILK:

Chia Seed Pudding:
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup homemade cashew milk- link to the recipe is above (or milk of choice!)
1 tsp-1 tbs MCT oil (optional)
1 serving of collagen (optional)
Toppings and add-ins of your choice! I used cinnamon, nutmeg & almond extract (vanilla extract is amazing as well-I use about 1/8th of a tsp)
You can also add cacao or cocoa powder for a chocolate version (~ 1tsp)
Pop in the fridge for about an hour to thicken, serve with your favourite toppings & enjoy!

Chocolate Chip Pecan Breakfast Cookies
1 1/2 cups almond flour (superfinely ground)
1 tsp baking powder
Few dashes of pink salt
1/2 cup golden Lakanto sweetener (click here if you want to purchase:
1/4 cup melted coconut butter
1/4 cup MCT or Brain Octane oil
1/4 sunflower seed butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of collagen peptides (here’s the link to purchase it:
2 tbs milk or choice or water
1/4 cup crushed pecans
2 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or stevia sweetened chocolate (these are the ones I used:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, roll into balls & bake on a parchment paper lined tray at 350 F for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven & allow to cool-serve & enjoy!

Fruit-Free Green Smoothie

1 cup homemade vanilla cinnamon cashew milk-recipe linked above (or any milk of choice)
1/2 of an avocado
1 tbs MCT or brain octane oil
1 tbs nut butter (I love using almond, cashew or hazelnut!)
A big handful of greens (I love spinach!)
Ice cubes (optional)
1 serving protein powder or choice- I think vanilla tastes the best & this is one of my favourites- great for paleo too:

Blend all the ingredients up in a high-speed blender until smooth & enjoy!
Note: add 1/4 cup extra liquid if you don’t like your smoothies very thick!
