Recipe:
-Soak Green Moong Dal with little Yellow Moong dal for 2-3 hours in water.
-In a blender jar, Add soaked dal with some Palak Keerai leaves, little coriander leaves, small piece ginger, 2-3 garlic cloves, one spoon jeera and blend with little water so get a smooth batter.
-Add salt and chopped veggies of your choice like onion. Carrots , beans etc . Mix well.
-Add little oil in paniyaram cavities and temper them with mustard seeds and sesame seeds and then add batter to each cavity. Close and cook on low medium flame until Paniyarams are nicely cooked and crispy. Enjoy with your favourite chutney
