Ingredients:
• Zucchini
• Broccoli
• Bell pepper
• Red onion
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Soy sauce
• Dijon mustard
• Baoning vinegar (or black vinegar)
• Lemon juice
• Chili flakes
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Ground coriander
• Chopped walnuts
• Fresh cilantro

Instructions:
1. Lightly sauté zucchini and broccoli in olive oil until al dente.
2. Let the vegetables cool.
3. Add sliced bell pepper, cilantro, chopped red onion, and minced garlic.
