Chicken Caesar Taco

Ingredients:
270g Extra Lean Ground Chicken (90g/)
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
3 Mini Tortillas
Caesar Dressing (Half will be Used)
2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Worcestershire
¼ Lemon
2 Garlic Cloves Minced/Grated
Salt and Pepper to taste
Caesar Salad
Shredded Romaine lettuce
½ Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
1. Into a bowl add the following ingredients 270g Extra Lean Ground Chicken, 2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 2 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper and mix.
2. On a mini tortilla, spread out approximately 90g of the chicken mixture. Wet your hands with water if the mixture sticks to the hand.
3. Cook the taco meat side down on a medium high heat until it develops a nice golden sear and give it a flip to crisp up the tortilla
4. Make the Caesar dressing by combining the following ingredients 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise, 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard, 1 Tsp Worcestershire , ¼ Lemon, 2 Garlic Cloves Minced/Grated, Salt and Pepper to taste.
5. Toss the salad by combining Shredded Romaine Lettuce, ½ Tbsp Parmesan Cheese and ½ the dressing.
6. Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
