🍫 CHOCOLATE CAKE POPS

Ingredients:
🫘 1 tin chickpeas
🍘 6 plain rice cakes
🌴 6–8 medjool dates
🍫 2 tbsp cacao powder
🍌 1 ripe banana
🌼 1 tsp vanilla
🧂 Pinch of salt
✨ Optional: 🍫 vegan dark chocolate chips
🥜 Peanut butter powder (for dusting)
How to make this:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined.
2️⃣ Roll into balls and place on sticks.
3️⃣ Dip in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with peanut butter powder.
Tips:
💡 Use very ripe bananas for maximum natural sweetness.
💡 If your dates are dry, soak them in hot water for 5–10 minutes before blending.
