Recipe:
1. Rinse 100g of tofu under hot water, gently squeeze out excess water, and crumble it into a bowl.
2. Finely chop a small onion, half a capsicum, and lettuce leaves.
3. Heat a pan with 1.5 teaspoons of oil. Add chopped onions and capsicum.
4. Once they are lightly sautéed, add the crumbled tofu, 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper (adjust chili powder and pepper to taste). Mix well.
5. Add lettuce leaves and cook for 1 minute. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Serve with bread, chapati, or rice.
