High-Protein Light Mayo
A couple ingredient swaps gets you a light mayo dupe that tastes LIKE MAYO for a fraction of the calories.
Ingredients (Makes ~½ cup / ~8 tbsp)
– 2 hard boiled eggs
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
– ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
– ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
– Water (1–2 tbsp, to thin as needed)
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3. Add water gradually until it reaches a mayo-like consistency.
4. Chill in the fridge for 30–60 minutes to thicken.
