✨ Ingredients: • 1 cup sooji (semolina)
• 1/2 cup curd (yogurt)
• 1/4 cup water (as needed)
• 1/2 cup finely chopped veggies (carrot, capsicum, onion)
• 1 green chili (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp ENO or baking soda
• Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, mix sooji and curd. Add water and make a smooth batter. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
Add chopped veggies, green chili, and salt. Mix well.
Heat an appe pan and add a few drops of oil in each cavity.
Add ENO to the batter and mix gently.
Pour batter into each mould and cover with lid.
Cook on low flame until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
🔥 Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup!
