Thankfully, times have changed. And now we can satisfy our sweet tooth and get muscle-building power at the same time!

Here I’m featuring a really easy and tasty protein pancake recipe.
Protein Powder, eggs, olive oil and milk make up the protein-packed base of these healthy pancakes.

Instructions:

What you should do first, it’s beating 4 eggs and olive oil with an electric mixer. Then I’m taking a bigger bowl and mix protein powder with milk (you can also use water if you wanna get very low calorie pancakes) And blend everything together until smooth.
Then combine all the ingredients into one bowl and you’re good to start baking!

For one pancake I’m usually taking one ladle of the mixture and spread it over the entire surface of the pan. I prefer to make really thin ones. And normally I get 6 or 8 pancakes from these ingredients.

Feel free to top them with fresh fruit, your favorite nut butter or Yogurt for a well-rounded meal. I personally love to add extra bananas and honey for deliciousness!
