VETRILAI DOSA:
Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 4 ladle full
Betel leaves- 3 (Grind)
Oil – as required
Methods:
Wash betel leaves and cut into small pieces.
Grind it using small mixie Jar.
Add little batter and grind well to smooth paste.
Mix with rest of the batter
Pour dosa with enough oil
