This Pandesal is so soft delicious and healthy. The recipe uses wholemeal flour, brown sugar and coconut oil, but these are optional. You can also use regular all purpose flour and bread flour, regular white sugar and ordinary oil or butter. The whole process of making Pandesal will take about 2 hours. This pandesal will stay soft up to 1 week if properly sealed. Re-heat it using oven or toaster, to enjoy pandesal every morning. As we all know, making your own bread is way better than store bought ones. You know what exactly you and your family is eating, that is why I created healthy options with the ingredients. I hope you will give this very good recipe a try and share it with your loved ones. May I also add, the dough can also be use for other bread recipes, just use your imagination. Thank you and I hope you’ll enjoy watching as well as following this video tutorial. Until next time. 😀
