This Week’s Meals:
– Cheeseburger Pizza
– Pork Tenderloin w/ German Potato Salad
– Pork Ramen Bowl
Street Corn Soup👇🏻
Pizza Dough 👇🏻
– 2 C. flour
– 2 1/4 tsp. instant yeast
– 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
– 3/4 tsp. salt
– 2 Tbsp. olive oil
– 3/4 C. warm water.
*Combine dry ingredients.
*Add wet ingredients.
* Let rise 30 mins at room temp.
Pork Tenderloin👇🏻
-1 tsp. each:
salt & pepper
seasoned salt
onion powder
garlic powder
parsley
– 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
– 2 Tbsp. coarse ground mustard
* cook at 275° for 4-5 hours, until internal temperature reaches 145°
Pork Ramen Bowl👇🏻
– 3 C. cooked pork
– 1/2 C. corn
– 1/2 C. peas
– 1/2 C. shredded carrots
– 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
– 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
– 1 (32 oz) carton chicken broth
– 2 C. water
– 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
– 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
– 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
– 1 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– 1 tsp. ground ginger
– 1 tsp. seasoned salt
– s&p to taste
German Potato Salad👇🏻
(measurements are approximate)
– 1 pkg cooked bacon
– 3 hard boiled eggs
– 3-4 russet potatoes
– 2 Tbsp. reserved bacon grease
– 2 Tbsp. butter
-2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp. each:
seasoned salt
garlic powder
onion powder
parsley
sugar
– s&p to taste
