I’m not even gonna lie to you… I don’t love the taste. But the benefits? Hard to ignore.
4oz first thing in the morning, Post workout, or when you need to lock back in mentally.
Is it a cure-all? No.
But as a low calorie, nutrient-dense staple? Its earns its spot.
I personally keep it around 8 to 12oz a day. See how your body responds and adjust from there.
Celery’s naturally high in sodium, so make sure your water intake is on point. (It should already be.)
