In this video, I made a quick and delicious avocado paneer focaccia sandwich using The Health Factory bread — and it turned out absolutely amazing! 😍
This focaccia sourdough bread is zero maida, made with clean ingredients, and is low in sugar & fat. Plus, it’s a good source of protein and fibre — making it a perfect choice for healthy everyday meals 💯
For the filling, I prepared a fresh guacamole with avocado, onion, lemon juice, chili and salt 🥑
Then I toasted the bread in garlic butter, roasted paneer with chili flakes & oregano, and also added juicy roasted cherry tomatoes 🍅
Layered everything together and this sandwich came out super soft, crispy and full of flavor 🤤
