1 cup chickpeas – 150 grams approx (soaked overnight and pressure Cooked for 6 whistles), can use canned chickpeas too.
12 onion finely chopped
12 cucumber – deseeded and finely chopped
12 tomato – deseeded and chopped
2 cabbage or lettuce leaves ( your wish)
2 tbsp coriander leaves Chopped
1 green chilli – finely chopped
Salt as required – ***add salt just before serving.

6 to 8 cashews and 4 pepper corns for salad dressing.
2 to 3 tbsp water to blend them smooth.
