High Protein Cottage Cheese Tortillas
Servings: 20 tortillas
Ingredients:
2.5 cups low-fat cottage cheese2.5 cups egg whites2.5 cups oat flour (or blended oats)1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder
olive oil
Instructions:
1. Blend baseAdd cottage cheese and egg whites to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Make batterBlend in oat flour, salt, and garlic powderConsistency should be like thin pancake batter.
3. Heat panHeat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with olive oil.
4. Cook tortillasPour a thin layer of batter and spread into a circle.Cook for 2–3 minutes until the top sets.Flip carefully and cook another 1–2 minutes.
5. CoolRemove and let cool. They will firm up and become more flexible.
