THE INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
MOCHA OATS
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1tsp cacao
– 1/4tsp cinnamon
– 1/2tsp vanilla extract
– 1 shot of espresso
– 1/4 almond milk
– natural stevia drops or any sweetener of choice
VEGAN PANCAKES
– 1 ripe banana
– 1 cup oats
– 1tsp baking powder
– 1/2tsp cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1tsp maple syrup
– 1tsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 cup oat milk or any plant-based milk of choice
BANANA OAT COOKIES
– 2 bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats or 2 cups quick oats
– 1tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
