Its equally infuriating and enlightening when this happens 🙈

When you start realising how quick your daily choices add up, it suddenly starts to make sense how you could make a few small swaps and reduce your calorie intake by 500 a day (that’s 1lb of fat loss a week 📉)

This is why I will forever advocate for weighing and tracking your food if you’re trying to lose weight!

It is an amazing tool to learn about food and put you in the driving seat – so you can make informed choices rather than wondering why you’re getting nowhere 😉

What have been your most horrifying calorie realisations?!

Ps. Weighing and tracking isn’t forever! The end goal is to have a solid knowledge of nutrition, your body, and your relationship with food so you can intuitively eat.

We walk you through the whole learning journey at Body Smart – comment ‘INFO’ to find out how we can guarantee 5-10lb a month weight loss that will actually stay off, long after you stop tracking 🤗
