High Protein Tempeh Fried Rice Recipe

🛒 Ingredients
1.5 cups cooked rice
3/4 pack peri peri tempeh crumbles
1/2 cup chopped french beans
1/2 cup chopped carrots
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Spring onion (white & green parts)
2 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
👩🍳 Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté tempeh until crispy (7–8 mins). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and spring onion whites for 1–2 mins.
Add vegetables and stir-fry on high flame for 2–3 mins.
Add cooked rice, tempeh, sauces, and salt. Toss well and cook for 3 mins.
Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
