This is my go-to low calorie, high protein dressing that I throw on bowls, veggies, rice, and wraps. The entire batch is only about 110 calories, and it’s creamy, savory, and actually keeps you full.

Here’s how to make it:
• 1/2 block silken tofu
• 1/2 packet onion soup mix (or similar)
• 1 tbsp white miso paste
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional for extra protein)

Blend and enjoy on anything.
